Where do the products on the TeeOutdoor Website ship from?
Apparel orders are produced at third-party fulfillers around the world, including facilities in the Latvia, Japan, Canada, Australia, and across the United States.
If your order contains multiple types of items, you'll receive your order in multiple packages, since no one fulfiller produces everything. If you have a question about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us via the Contact Us page.
Where is my order?
You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email, if tracking is available for your shipping method. Additionally, it'll let you know on the checkout page if the shipping method selected for your order does not include tracking. Please keep in mind, all delivery timeline estimates are in business days - weekends and holidays are excluded.

Is there a physical location where I can pick up my order?
No - TeeOutdoor is an online-only marketplace that does not have stock available at a physical location. While we're happy to help online, we're unable to provide any customer support at our headquarters.
Will I be alerted once my order prints and ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order leaves the third-party fulfiller. If your order is coming from more than one fulfiller, you'll receive a confirmation email for each shipment.
