What is the return/exchange policy?

Items purchased TeeOutdoor website are custom-made and printed just for you. Returns are offered for defective items.

If something you received is defective, please contact us via the Contact Us - we'd be happy to get this sorted for you.

Something I ordered is defective.

If something you received is defective, please Contact Us with a picture of the damaged item, and we'll do what we can to make it right! We never ask that damaged items be returned to us.

Where's my refund?

Typically, refunds clear on our end in 24–48 hours, but based on the original payment method and your bank, it can take a billing cycle(3-4 weeks) for this to process.

If your refund still hasn't been applied after you receive your next bill, please let us know via the Contact Us page, and we'll be happy to resolve that for you

What If an Items Returned as non-Deliverable?

The items returned as non-deliverable will be re-shipped only once the customer pays new shipping costs. That is normal in any business.
